What is Glucosamine and what does it do?
- Glucosamine, an amino sugar, is the starting point for
the production of new cartilage. Cartilage is fundamental
to maintaining joint function. Cartilage lines the joint
bone surface helping the bone surfaces to articulate properly.
What is Chondroitin and what does it do?
- Chondroitin is a major component of cartilage. The key
function of chondroitin is to attract fluid into cartilage
which, is essential to absorb shock, nourish and lubricate
the joints and maintain its spongy texture. Chondroitin
is a polysaccharide, Invigorate xl provides the optimum
level of Chondroitin for key animal joint structures. The
greater resilience needed in weight bearing areas of the
joint is provided by a higher polysaccharide content within
cartilage.

What is MSM?
- MSM is a naturally occurring sulphur compound, which helps
soothe knocks, bumps, bruises and sprains, so assisting
in normal joint mobility.
What is Superoxide Dismutase and what does it do?
- Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) is an enzyme that neutralises
molecules of superoxide, a common and prohibitive free radical.
By mopping up superoxide allows for normal joint function,
Superoxide Dismutase (SOD) therefore remains integral to
maintaining normal tissue mass.
- SOD also protects Hyaluronic Acid (HA) a component of
the synovial fluid lubricating the joint, from being denatured
by the body. All of which enables the synovial fluid surrounding
the joint to maintain its ability to absorb shock.
What is HA and what is its function?
- Hyaluronic Acid (HA), included in the soluble form as
the sodium salt, is a large readily absorbable glucosminoglycan
and is a component of the synovial fluid surrounding a joint,
providing lubrication and maintaining the ability of the
joint to absorb shock by maintaining optimal viscosity of
the synovial fluid. HA protects the chondrocyte cells (Cartilage)
by forming a protective layer around them allowing the Cartilage
to maintain its ability to perform its resistance to the
stresses endured during joint movement.
What are the benefits of liquid form?
- INVIGORATE XL™ in liquid form offers total flexibility
in adjusting to the animal's specific needs. The liquid
is in a caramelised base and is very palatable which makes
it easier for the owner to ensure the required amount is
taken. Being a liquid it is absorbed more efficiently than
capsules or powders, therefore having a quicker and greater
effect.
Administration:
Orally or directly onto food. Measuring cup provided.
Contra - Indications: INVIGORATE XL™ contains sugar and therefore
if the animal is diabetic, divide the intake throughout the
day to ensure minimisation of the effect on the blood glucose

Initial Loading - 14 - 20 days
Not all animals are the same. INVIGORATE XL™ allows you to
adjust the level to the animal’s specific needs.
We recommend an initial loading period of 14 - 20 days.
Load INVIGORATE XL™ at 0.5ml / kg / day.
Each single pull of the trigger dispenses 2.5ml.
After a maximum of 20 days reduce initial loading by 50% to
a maintenance level of 0.25 ml / kg / day.
