Outer foil pack containing two sealed packets of:

75cm of 4/0 catgut swaged to a 16mm curved cutting point, round bodied needle, all packed in isopropyl alcohol. For suturing solid and hollow internal organs.

45cm of 5/0 braided silk swaged to a 12mm fine round bodied needle, all packed dry. Ideal for suturing blood vessels.

VETPACK™ - EYE
Outer foil pack containing two sealed packets of:

75cm of 6/0 chromic catgut swaged to a 10mm reverse cutting needle, all packed in isopropyl alcohol. The ideal mixture for suturing corneal incisions.

75cm of 5/0 braided silk swaged to a 16mm curved cutting needle, all packed dry. An ideal combination for suturing conthotomics, surgical or accidental wounds to eyelids.

VETPACK™ - TENDON
Outer foil pack containing two sealed packets of:

45cm of 5/0 monofilament stainless steel wire, swaged to a 25mm straight cutting needle at both ends, all packed in dry. For suturing tendon wounds using the Bunnell pattern.

50cm of 4/0 sheathed polyamide swaged to a 16mm curved cutting needle, all packed dry. For bringing together the fractured ends of large tendons stitching with fine interrupted sutures.

Providing the Veterinary Surgeon with those very special materials required on the less common occasion. All the high quality special needles used are eyeless, swaged to the suture material so that minimal damage is done to the tissue, and all have a flattened section for gripping.

Presented foil packed ready for use, sterilized by gamma irradiation.
